Engineering Project Manager

Job Responsibilities]

1, responsible for the overall management of the project site, control the quality and progress of the project;

2, familiar with the project management process, can fully control the construction period, quality, cost, safety and other work;

3, within the scope of the company's authorization, fully perform the construction contract, fully complete the project quality, duration, cost, safe and civilized construction and other objectives;

4, responsible for the overall management of project planning, budget and other project procedures, on time to provide the company with various reports;

5. Internal and external coordination, handling the relationship with the owner, design institute, supervision, general contractor and other construction units;

6, please pay the progress of the project, for project negotiation, project completion acceptance and settlement, project payment, etc.

post requirements]

1. College degree or above, HVAC, refrigeration, engineering management related major;

2. At least 3 years project management experience in HVAC engineering, mechanical and electrical installation or decoration industry,

3. Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility;

4. Familiar with purification engineering, clean workshop, laboratory system engineering is preferred;

5, holding the second construction, the first construction certificate is preferred;

6, the project cycle of 3-6 months, can accept a nationwide business trip.
